The Client commits to providing accurate, true, and complete information when submitting any contact form or creating any account. The Client bears sole responsibility for verifying and updating this information.
Awtar reserves the right to reject any request or cancel any account containing misleading or false information without prior notice.
The Client may not use Awtar's website or services for any of the following:

If payment is delayed more than (15) days from due date, Awtar may immediately suspend service without notice, and this shall not be considered a breach of contract.
Important Notice: All Awtar services are professional services that commence execution upon contracting. They are exempted from the right of withdrawal stipulated in Article 19 of the Saudi E-Commerce Law as services already executed or commenced.
Awtar does not accept financial refunds or cancellation after service execution begins, under any circumstances.
For full details, please review the Refund Policy.
Awtar exerts maximum effort to deliver high-quality services but does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes (follower counts, conversion rates, sales figures), as these are affected by factors beyond our control (market conditions, product quality, platform algorithms, competitive landscape).
Awtar bears no responsibility for:
In all cases, Awtar's total liability shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the Client for the disputed service.
Awtar reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version published on the website is the binding version. Clients are advised to review periodically — continued use of the website constitutes implicit acceptance of changes.
These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In case of dispute, the parties shall seek amicable resolution within (30) days. If unsuccessful, the dispute shall be referred to the competent judicial body in Riyadh.
